HOW DO I KNOW IF AN ITEM IS ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN?

Our products are not eligible for Return/Refund/Exchange

WHAT IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED / DEFECTIVE /WRONG PRODUCT?

We Quality Control all our shipping and packaging processes, but in rare circumstances, if you do receive a damaged, defective/wrong product or an incomplete order, simply get in touch with us within 24 hours of receiving your order with pictures at support@avidorr.com and we will take care of the rest.

We have a 24 hours return policy.

How to cancel the Order?
If in any case, you want to cancel the order, please do it the same day or within 12 hours of placing the order.
– If you cancel your order before your product has shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
– If you have received the product, it will be eligible for replacement only in cases where defects are found with the product.
– If you did not receive the product, it will be eligible for a partial refund, deducting the courier charges and return charges applied by the couriers, on actual.

Refunds will be processed and credited to the source account within 7 working days.

In case of a damaged or defective product, please share an unboxing video for the claim processing. As this is subject to photographic evidence of any product/damaged goods, we will not accept returns if you have NOT got photographic evidence of any damages. Post-examination, an exchange or replacement will be issued in 4-7 days.
